Roffey look to continue impressive record against Haywards Heath in a massive semi-final clash at Burgess Hill Town.
Haywards Heath Town have won one of their last four games and will want to avenge Roffey who have been a thorn in their side this season.
The Boars have beaten Haywards Heath twice this season and will need to do it again if they are to reach the Sussex RUR Cup final.
Roffey beat Heath in August in The Peter Bentley cup. The Boars also inflicted Heath’s first league defeat of the season in December.
This ended Haywards Heath’s perfect start of the season after taking maximum points from 17 consecutive games.
Both sides aren’t in the best form coming into this game. Heath have won just 1 out of their last 4 games in all competitions.
Heath have suffered defeats at the hands of Bexhill United and Play-off contenders in Peacehaven and Guernsey.
Roffey are also not in the best form. They have taken 3 points from their last six games.
Whoever wins this tie will face either face Division one sides Worthing United or Selsey at Culver Road.
If Roffey reach the final it will be the first time in the club’s history.
Haywards Heath have reached the final twice in recent years. But have lost on both occasions
They lost in 2024 to Horsham YMCA on penalties and in 2019 they were defeated by Peacehaven & Telscombe.
